This overlaps Penny Marsh; Public Health Nurse (Dodd, Mead -- see page 310) singularly little. Any girl interested in public health nursing as a career would find the books supplemented each other. Miss Deming's book holds closer to the vocational slant, has an inspirational quality that this book lacks, and gives a somewhat more complete picture of the various steps in training and experience. SUE BARTON, VISITING NURSE is a first rate story, with a mystery, fairly early in the book, with a romance which had its beginnings in its predecessor, Sue Barton, Senior Nurse, and with a good deal more sense of adventure. Through the incidents, the various aspects of public health nursing in New York City are shown.
