ALL THE CHILDREN OF THE WORLD

The positive aspect of variation among human beings is the theme of this book which shows children of various races, nationalities, and physical types, playing together in a world which is richer because each child is unique. Audrie Knapp's pictures, in bold primary colors, at once emphasize and romanticze the differentiating features of her doll- like children, and the simple, good-humored text assures the young reader that his place in the world is predicated upon his being ""unique"" and ""just right"".
