KIRKUS REVIEW

A likeable job, non-technical, matter-of-fact advice for the parents who are willing to learn. The period covered stretches from babyhood to marriage, includes hints on living with family in the house, servants, social and sex problems, financial training, helping around the house, etc. A very human approach, with confessions of the author's failures, but shows how both parents can dovetail experience and what results can be achieved by patient, careful, undemonstrative supervision.
