For some inexplicable reason, Martingale found its admirers. This is a companion piece, and for those who liked Martingale, Filly is a sure bet. Personally, I hold no brief for either.... Mild satire on the crash, the social seekings and struggles to rehabilitate fortunes, in a story in verse of a horse.
