KIRKUS REVIEW

The flood continues -- this is the (see PP. 432, 3 & 4 in last issue) fourth good one -- though from the point of view of story, it is the least good of the lot, the least convincing. More detailed routine of training of K 9's than any of them, however, and boys and girls who are considering the possibility of lending their pets for the duration will find plenty of answers to questions as to what happens to them in this text. It is the story of Trooper, a white shepherd dog, who eventually gives his master full value for his sacrifice by discovering the brother reported ""missing"".
