KIRKUS REVIEW

This is an annual, and for the growing flower arrangement sorority it is useful, provocative- and beautiful. This time the Calendar selects themes for each month which should be valuable in planning exhibits for Flower Shows. Japanese style arrangements are particularly stressed, emphasizing a basic world wide trend in this field, and the captions under the fine photographs are informative and provide a how-to-do-it aspect. Garden Club members the country over are given due recognition for their achievements.
