From a slender sheaf of proof sheets, I purloined a dozen or so recipes for my own use. Is that evidence that I found this new, and seemingly specialized cookbook full of imagination, variety and temptation? To be sure, I like cookbooks -- but then so do thousands of other people. And this is a good one.
