QUESTIONS YOU DON'T ASK YOUR DOCTOR

In many cases should, and Dr. Bolton makes the safe referral to his confreres first on any point requiring direct consultation. The material here is alphabetically organized from A for acne on, with more generally descriptive sections on say eyes, or feet, as well as major illnesses--cancer, heart, down to the minor disfigurements of puffy eyes or humped fingernails. Obviously this is for the more ingenuous readership which asks questions like the woman who wondered whether she could secretly doctor up her husband's food to discourage his drinking. A column first? whatever, professionally patient and conservative advice.
