THE WAY TO SECURITY by Henry C. Link

THE WAY TO SECURITY

By

Pub Date: March 15th, 1951
Publisher: Doubleday

A discussion of social, emotional and economic fears which offers a spiritual as well as practical antidote and calls upon religious resources to offset the troubled tenor of these times. Link, an experienced counselor, shows how security begins in the home but not through over-protection (the more progressive pattern is scored); demands the right kind of education (authority as well as affection) and sex education; points up the larger insecurities, the atom bomb, money, old age, and shows how to get rid of unnecessary fears; indicates the importance of personality, and particularly the mature personality; and guides the way toward a return to religion. A balanced point of view in a plainspoken presentation which does not pander to personal vanity or weakness.
