KIRKUS REVIEW

Felsen, author of Hot Rod, Street Rod, etc., gives prospective cyclists a good talking to. Some of the imperatives (""Look in the mirror, straight into your eyes. . ."") may be condescending, but if you believe Cycle magazine's assertion that the ""average young buyer spends about six months reading about motorcycles"" before he goes shopping, then you can be sure some of them will be willing to pick through the talky, but potentially helpful consumer pointers here.
