KIRKUS REVIEW

Retired but rejuvenesced Madison Avenue man Legler wrote Living in Florida Year Round (10 editions) and this will probably show up with just as many golden threads among the silver. He'll give you the ""secret of eternal youth""; extend your ""lease on life by twenty years""; help you ""to sleep all night every night"" (not true--he says four hours may be enough and forget about your insomnia) and ""wake up...glad to be alive."" His two-word tenet is keep busy, and he does recommend many kinds of ways, from new interests, part-time jobs, hobbies, exercises; etc. He includes the ""inspiring stories of more than one hundred everyday people"" and quotes from Lin Yutang to Dale Carnegie. All in ad-case.
