From Thorcau's Journals the seasonal round is reflected- and opposite each page of text is to be a photograph- 72 in full color- which capture the spirit of the wilderness and natural beauty, immortalized by its seer and prophet, Henry Thoreau. In this his centenary year here is another tribute. Beautiful as it is, one wonders just where the market for a book at this price will be found.
