KIRKUS REVIEW

An expanded article on the theoretical phase of guiding the young toward the job for which he is psychologically fitted. Glib -- intangible -- obvious. The author departs from established tradition in regard to standardized tests. Too vague for anyone seeking definite constructive assistance. Many better books in the field.
