KIRKUS REVIEW

A sort of Outposts of Science, applied to the field of eugenics. The material is revealing of the trends of the modern geneticists, who are seeking a broader scope for the evolution of sociology and eugenics. He claims that artificial insemination of women is the goal of the future -- the children you want, when and by whom you want them. But he recognizes the fact that in a capitalistic system it can only be a scientific experiment. Dr. Muller is now on leave from the University of Texas, and is acting as chief geneticist at the Academy of Sciences in Moscow. The material is keyed to the scientists rather than the layman, and reads like a series of lectures.
