NING'S PONY

Set in China, a nice finding-out story that starts when Ning's wealthy Uncle Wong leaves So-Lo, a sturdy mongolian pony, as a gift after a visit to his farm. Ning's father is delighted with So-Lo as a new aid. But it takes Ning's ingenuity to overcome So-Lo's serious fault- his fear of the bridge on the way to the field- by blindfolding the pony so he'll be led willingly.
