ONE DEAD DEBUTANTE

A first (?--this sounds as if more were to come) case for Josh Krales who carries a Gucci hip flask and has a bad-mouthed lip (in between words like epigone). He's a newspaperman for the New York Event on the scene where six cadavers (five drug victims) and one Ambassador's debutante daughter (killed with a trocar--that's an embalmer's instrument) are found. The case is really one of those numbers, (side)tracking down to South Carolina full of black dudes, pimps, stone junkies, Superflies. It's what's known as leading you on a merry chase if you can manage to find it funny.
