WATER WHEEL, TURN!

Two English girls, recent graduates of an art school, set off on a tour through present day Wales. They find an old water wheel mill which one of them spontaneously decides to buy and restore. Petronella and Jane settle in the mill cottage, welcomed by most of the local fold but rejected by a few. While the background is vividly drawn, the story seems vague. The two girls are portrayed as single-minded xcept for some spare time for romance), but strong willed. They do not have any problems adjusting to their new environment and are ready to remain permanently-- ne with husband, one with mill-- in the remote territory.
