PATSY AND THE PUP

A staid little book, appealing but well-mannered, about a little lost pup and a little girl who wanted him. Patsy wanted so much to keep the pup, but the mailman said it belonged to old Mrs. Murphy in the pink house on the hill, so there was nothing else to be done- Patsy must bring it back. It was a very long and wandering trip to the pink house but a short and happy one back with the pup. Black and white sketches by the author -- simple design and heavy line. Large type for first year readers.
