KIRKUS REVIEW

When the twins, Joy and Joe, fail in their school work and show other signs of becoming spoiled rich brats, their father sends them to the country to live with a farm family. There they learn to respect their jobs, their neighbors, and ultimately themselves. There's a chicken raising competition, a gingery pony, a bag of old hidden coils. There's success and happiness coming out of hard work and responsibility. Lively reading for 7th to 9th graders.
