TOO MANY DOCTORS

Too many doctors most of them dead- tie in with the casualties aboard a small Orient bound ship: two female passengers are injured; the ship's doctor- murdered-has just been replaced; and there seems to be some affiliation with a recent medico, found in the Thames, and other members of an abortion ring. Medford of the Yard makes use of ""random connections"" to reach the right conclusion... A stimulant with sustained effects.
