First published in 1938, by Modern Age, under its present subtitle A Practical Handbook of Birth Control, this has been through ten printings and in its new, revised and rewritten edition brings its material up to date. For professional distribution, it is a practical manual in which medically approved methods are evaluated and dangers are indicated. There is discussion of feminine hygiene, abortion, sterilization and contraceptives.
