KIRKUS REVIEW

This is a vista of a post-radiation world where in antiseptic Complex One, a computerized and fortified building, certain people get the treatment which will bring them back to a new life with no memory of an earlier one. One of them is Parnell who makes the recovery faster than any of them, asks dangerous questions, escapes to the wasted earth where he is sufficiently destroyed that he returns to beg to he reprocessed. Successful on its galvanic terms.
