SKIING TALK FOR BEGINNERS

By

Pub Date: Sept. 1st, 1977
Publisher: Messner

This latest of Liss' sports glossaries leaves open the question of what the novice, once having learned to talk a good schuss, is to do about learning to ski. Without instructive context, these terms are useless to the tyro and superfluous for the already-learning skier; both are better served by a more complete how-to. Accompanying pictures are truly ugly and only minimally helpful.
