KIRKUS REVIEW

A prisoner of her husband and his brother, Gail Archer, who has found proof that they, and not Justin Perry, who has been given a death sentence for the murder of Aunt Martha, are the killers, lives desperate days to find some means of escape. The failures of the Archer brothers' theater productions, the need for more and more money from Aunt Martha, Gail's love for Justin and the complications that result from the murder, build up to a high level suspense story.
