Tangier offers Englishman Meredith a chance to have his wife killed and his instructions hold even after he changes his mind. An accident to him brings Mrs. M.- and lawyer Bill Martin, right into the picture but the ""Syndicate"" for murder kills the wrong woman, Martin wards off all danger for his client while Meredith recovers, the local police keep their eyes open, and all's well.
