KIRKUS REVIEW

Good situation, timely interest, but a bit faltering in execution. Amos Lee Mappin goes to work for the FBI in an endeavor to round up a gang of saboteurs who are using the Latvian fascists to cloak their activities under an anti-Communist front in America. The murder of their leader, his succession by an unscrupulous Count who catches Mappin nappin' and takes him into custody, leads to a rescue by the Navy.
