I question this having so general an appeal, this side the water, since the content is concerned only incidentally with Lord Carson, and almost wholly with the Irish Home Rule problem, in the two years before the World War. The one aspect of interest to Americans not interested in Ireland, is the chapter on the Marconi affair.
