Hot ice, and another cold proposition for James Bond, secret agent, as he traces a pipeline for diamonds from a mine in French Guinea (where a dentist removes them from the natives' molars) to Las Vegas and the brothers Spang who own the N. Y. House of Diamonds along with some less legitimate enterprises. Bond, substituting for a carrier, is eventually exposed, escapes with his contact- the lovely Tiffany Case-back to England..... A hard brilliance here.
