THE MONKEY TWINS

This is a more than another Twin book by this well-known author-illustrator, for she has more of a message to deliver. In the heart of the jungle the animals are suddenly all terrified for a bomb falls in their midst. This forces them to organize, work together, learn new words like rumor, camouflage, fire-warden. The obstreperous little monkeys are taught the dangers of false reports and why all must help for the safety of the jungle folk.
