NAPPY WANTED A DOG

A slight story in everyday vein. Nappy wants a dog terribly, so innocently he starts collecting them from neighboring yards, until a Great Dane objects and nips him in the pants. This brings in the grown-ups, he learns you cannot get a dog in this manner, he has to return his new acquisitions, but finally the junk man takes him to the dump where he finds an ownerless mutt waiting to be adopted.
