RUNAWAY TOGS

Although the red and yellow pictures and decorated margins seem to us too gaudy and badly reproduced, this is a pleasant rhyming story about adventurous toys. Joe's toys -- a rabbit, sailor and a bear, take the toy car, boat and airplane for an evening's jaunt, feel very small in the midst of grown up airplanes, boats and cars, and return happily to the playroom. A traditional toy-room story with the verse awkward at times, but these toy stories always carry appeal.
