This is a delightful continuation to What Anna Saw (1963) with just a touch of surrealism to provide unusual humor for the very young. The big tall man, who continues to wind across plural pages, is now a baby sitter for Anna, with a magic trick added to his routine. Hocus-pocus with the big green hat and -- well, something always appears, but never what was intended. Each object is pictured individually and must be identified by the child. An intriguing game to keep eyes glued to the book.
