Announcing the latest addition to the Cities of the World Series. An excellent guide book for young trippers and a useful book for the classroom. Illustrated with the clear line drawings of Emil Weiss, the history of the city and the stories of its buildings have been given ample coverage. The present problems of expansion have not been ignored. Both major and minor landmarks, the various government buildings and the work carried on in them are presented in a brief, enthusiastic text that emphasizes how planning brought a beautiful city out of its original chaotic shabbiness.
