Defining Mixed Economy's ultimate goals, are planning for no depressions, unemployment, and for no loss of freedom, -this precis proceeds to show how civil liberties can be preserved while economic liberties are expanded. It goes further in outlining what programmatic changes are necessary, what Congressional and Supreme Court reforms are needed, where Presidential power needs strengthening. Argued from intense belief, this is material for economic study, for aligning future planning.
