Vivid, rapid historical entertainment -- the period that of Scotland's stubborn fight for freedom led by Robert Bruce. Two Scotch noble warring clans are represented by a boy and girl from each family who drop the traditional feud to further Scotland's cause. The ""Luck of Scotland"", a jewel symbolizing independence, falls into the hands of the English. Constance, as brave as she is bonny, disguised as a boy minstrel, is brought to the English court where she retrieves the ""Luck of Scotland"" and with the young Morays, foils the English. Good.
