KILLERS IN THE SUN by J. Earle Dixon

KILLERS IN THE SUN

Dixon writes in the first person as a policy writer for an internationally known Australian insurance firm. When he is approached by a beautiful English woman, Faith Larrabbee, in regard to a 300,000 pound insurance policy on her husband's life, he is launched on a strange succession of events. Two presumed suicides, too similar in method, too conveniently timed; the involvement of an ex-matador and a beautiful girl matador; the sultry setting of Madrid's bars and hangouts of aficionados; several bull fights -- and all the women falling for the charms of Earle Dixon add up to a somewhat unpalatable, tough, over-trimmed pseudo mystery.
