KIRKUS REVIEW

Nothing flashy or hard-boiled here but a small town mystery well told, with the murder of a local playboy on Christmas Eve incriminating a young woman. She joins forces with her sweetheart, the sheriff, in solving the crime, and almost loses her life in the process. Told in the first person. A nice job.
