GOD THE CHRISTLIKE by J. R. Cameron

GOD THE CHRISTLIKE

By

Publisher: Cokesbury

Many of your clergy depend on the Scotch and English theologians; there is a soundness about them that seldom goes ""shadow"" as religious books so often do. Dr. Cameron writes well, he is clear and alive with his message, so that the reader goes easily on through even the deepest spots convinced that God in Christ is at work reconciling the world to Himself. A less brilliant pen would not dare attempt to use such a wealth of material, but the book is so well arranged there is no feeling of theological indigestion. You will be sure of selling it to clergy, to students among whom this is a much argued point, to laymen interested in theology written intelligibly and popularly.
