From Alpha One over to Zulu One or beginning to end, a cleancut story of commercial aviation with occupational savvy and stopwatch synchronization. Why did the new airliner built by Morlands, a company somewhere in England, crash? Pilot error? design fault? or sabotage? Neil Goddard investigates it, with some help and at least cushioning from Jean, a newspaper girl, and there's one hairy flight with Morland, son of the old man who needs to be kept under dose surveillance. Not the shiny aluminum popular appeal of the Gann or Beaty books, for instance, but a very creditable tint flight.
