THE STARS OF CHRISTMAS

Four sermons for Advent, with a Prologue and an Epilogue, are offered in this little volume. The sermons are based on the Christmas story of the star which guided the Wise Men, and are entitled, ""The Star of Light"", ""...of Rejoicing"", and ""...of Love"". The development of these themes follows traditional ideas associated with the approach of Christmas, and draws frequently, and sometimes at length, from other writers. The author identifies them as preached in Trinity United Church; of Toronto, and directed to the needs of a diverse congregation.
