KIRKUS REVIEW

Small moral lessons, in story form, are updated from the original version called Stories For Talks To Boys, published in 1920. There are brief uplifting stories, quotations, verses, etc., aimed at character development. The type is very fine. But for camp counselors, clergymen and those who work with young people this could perhaps be a reference source to spark sermons or discussions on goals and values.
