ODDS-ON MURDER by Jack Dolph

Email this review

Smart angles on the Hippocratic oath versus the law as young Doc Connors lands on the other side when he is kidnaped to care for an illegally wounded youngster, following a N.Y.C. murder in which involuntarily he has become involved. His belief that his captor is the murderer is finally shaken, and to prove the man's innocence, a tricky escape helps his case but marks the finish of his new friend. Redolent of the race track and its followers, this is marked for the more rhinoceros-skinned readers.
