Good neighboring on the part of an American visitor, that is an entertaining account of a go-places-and-do-things traveler. Disliking the brand of ""tourist, the author manages introductions that give him entree into all sorts of social, political, industrial works, and combines all sorts of travel, from plane to leisurely boat. His interest in all aspects of the life of the country and the people, his ability to make clear to the reader the differences in customs, and his engaging forth-rightness, makes this excellent reading. A business man, and husband of Bertita Harding, the author tells his story well.
