KIRKUS REVIEW

Rather berserk mystery-western, off the beaten track, with lots of ferreting around but little rough riding and shooting. The first day on a newly acquired ranch reveals all kinds of trouble, but young O'Hara, fixer-upper par excellence gives the dogs their due, and gets the girl and the cash. Cockeyed but readable.
