STRUGGLE FOR THE WORLD

This will arouse as much controversy as did the author's Managerial Revolution to which it shows blood kinship, though this time he is writing of international issues- the struggle for the world between Russia and the United States. Having the ""fact"" of power, we should- he argues- assume the responsibility, before it is too late (which he means to suggest will be when Russia has forced Communism on the world). For this point of view he will find an eager and ready audience.... The Third World War has already opened with the Greek Civil War, the Chinese Civil War, the Iranian conflict- Russia's moves against democracy. He contrasts our inept diplomacy, internal political upheavals with Russia's maturity. We are only ""one world"" idealistically, not politically nor culturally. Communism, the ""worldwide conspiratorial movement"" has as its one goal world conquest and control. He discusses the advance already made, the future- with Russia's resources. And he proposes as counter-revolution, World Empire, with the United States in the driver's seat. We must implement a foreign policy with an internal policy which will crush communism in the United States.
