The presiding bishop of the Episcopal Church has prepared this as his book for Lent, 1935. Ash Wednesday comes on March the sixth this year. A certain amount of advance promotion on this book, calling it to the attention of rectors of the Episcopal Churches in your community, should produce results. Suggest that announcement of it be included in February church leaflets. The book contains a thousand word meditation and prayer for each day of Lent, with longer meditations for Good Friday and other special occasions. Bishop Philip Rhinelander is one of many contributors.
