NEW RIVERS CALLING

Northwoods adventure into war story, as Polish-descended Stan hides out from the law on a false murder charge, joins up with the coming of the war, sees action abroad as a Commando, and returns to find his name cleared and that the war has come to his Canadian woods with the activities of some escaped Nazi saboteurs. Good stuff of masculine appeal.
