WAR LETTERS FROM BRITAIN

These are real letters from people in all walks of life and better than anything else of the sort I have seen. Through the pages, you feel as though you were in on how people are living and feeling and thinking, of how a great people have proved their greatness in their reactions to the worst blitzkreig in history. They are letters written from England to people away from England friendly, human letters of the daily events, from September 19 on -- covering the great panorama of the Battle of England. The editors have done a fine work in selection and compilation. Doubtless many letters not otherwise accessible, have been secured because the proceeds of the sals are to go to the British American Ambulance Corps.
