TOMMY GALLAGHER

By

Pub Date: Sept. 22nd, 1939
Publisher: Vanguard

Study of a young Catholic boy tricked by the treacherous propaganda of a priest fantastically hostile to Jews, Reds and Roosevelt (i.e. Coughlin). Unemployed, Tommy is seduced further and further into flaming hatreds, hoping for chances of action and making them when the urge grows too great. He becomes an opinionated hoodlum, a worry to his family, and represents a trend symptomatic of current conditions.
