BILLY'S SCRAPBOOK

I don't quite get the purpose of this book, unless it is supposed to capitalize every child's interest, after a certain age, in the doings of other children. In any case, here are presumably real photographs and real stories (one page long) of real children, playmates all. Indirectly, there are included a few basic facts about nature, sunlight, shadow, clouds, gravity, seeds, sand, exercise.
